Training
Rubby NTS is a Qualiopi-certified training provider offering professional training courses. We also act as a Qualiopi umbrella for independent trainers.
With combined experience in consulting, in operational roles and in training, we know that training only has an impact if it genuinely changes the way people work. What matters is not learning for learning’s sake, but building skills where they will truly move the needle for the business.
That is why our training courses are tailor-made, as close as possible to your business and people challenges. Each programme is designed in direct connection with your objectives: accelerating your teams’ development, supporting the transformation of your processes, and delivering visible results.
Our trainers are hands-on experts, well versed in the challenges faced by business leaders and operational teams. Their sessions are practical, engaging and designed to lead to immediate action.
