HR and financial audit of a school

Seeking to industrialise its HR and financial processes, a large school called on us for a full audit. Our aim was to propose a plan for a rigorous, shared budget, with financial data and strategic indicators made accessible for optimised monitoring and management of the school.

Introducing regular financial closings and a suitable monitoring method was intended to make financial management more reliable. At the same time, we set up a process for regularly updating accounting information to keep it relevant. To free up resources, we proposed outsourcing payroll, allowing staff to focus on higher-value tasks.

Finally, we proposed a set of specific financial indicators at several levels — for the board, the head of the school and the directors — to better manage the school’s profitability.

Developing a software platform to optimise insurance management

An insurer needed business software capable of covering its customer management and claims tracking needs. We supported the definition and implementation of a complete software solution:

  • Customer platform: design of a user interface for managing, storing, viewing and downloading the regulatory documents essential to the insurance relationship.
  • Alert system and timeline: integration of an alert and process-tracking system, together with a forecast timeline to improve customer follow-up.
  • Optimised handling time: significant reduction in the time spent on administration.
  • Administration: a management system for customers, claims and staff, with a multi-company view.

Interim management for a software publisher based in Tunisia

Facing industrialisation and growth challenges, a software publisher with its parent company in France called on our expertise to act as managing director of its Tunisian subsidiary. After a quick audit and an analysis of the Tunisian entity’s strengths and weaknesses, the assignment involved several initiatives:

  • Development: securing the development of the healthcare software package, with an improved relationship with customers based in France.
  • Sales: industrialising the sales function by creating an outsourced IT services offering.
  • Purchasing: creating a purchasing department, with a 25% cost reduction.
  • Finance: overhauling the finance function, notably improving customer collections and introducing cost accounting.

Digital in this approach

The rise of artificial intelligence and no-code tools opens up unprecedented opportunities for very small businesses.

We believe the future belongs to small, agile organisations able to innovate fast, adapt continuously and think big without relying on heavy infrastructure.

Our mission: to give them the technological and human means to pursue that ambition.
