Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be Qualiopi-certified myself?
No. That is the whole point of the arrangement: under subcontracting, it is the
commissioning organisation that must be certified. You have no certification
process to undertake.
Who is responsible in the event of an audit?
We are. The auditor deals with the certified organisation and examines our
procedures and evidence, including for subcontracted courses. That is why we look
at every file before accepting it: your course commits our certification.
Which subjects do you carry?
All of them. Our certification covers training activities with no restriction on
subject. Whether you teach welding, employment law or public speaking, the
mechanism is the same.
Who signs the agreement with the client?
We do, as the training organisation. On your side, you sign a subcontracting
contract with us. Your client knows you are the trainer: the umbrella is not an
opaque arrangement, it is stated in the documents.
When do I get paid?
On invoice, according to the payment terms set in the subcontracting contract.
Professional training funders rarely pay straight away; we take that into account
when setting the terms, rather than announcing a figure that reality
contradicts.
What if my client is a private individual?
It is possible, but the framework is different: the contract is no longer a
training agreement but a professional training contract, with a cooling-off
period. Tell us from the first conversation, as it changes the documents.
